At RONAQ, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or unopened in their original sealed packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrance products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your product qualifies for a return, a replacement may be arranged upon approval.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
